Ariana Grande blasts ex-fiance Pete Davidson on Twitter after he jokes about split on Saturday Night Live

Only months ago, Ariana Grande and Pete Davidson were the perfect couple, but their engagement ended just as suddenly as it began and now, it seems they can't even be civil with each other.

Pete Davidson poked fun at their split in the latest trailer for Saturday Night Live, SNL, but Ariana Grande,  who recently covered up tattoos she got with her ex, didn't think it was funny.

In the trailer for SNL, 24-year-old Pete turns to guest singer Maggie Rogers and asks: "Hey Maggie, I’m Pete. You wanna get married?”

Maggie declines and Pete responds by saying that he's now, "0-3", seemingly referencing previous dalliances with Larry David's daughter, Cazzie David and also Carly Aquilino.

It is not certain how serious that these relationships were but it seemed that Pete was ranking them up with Ariana, to who he was engaged to.

Ariana did not feel the humour of this and seemingly took aim at her former lover on Twitter.

She wrote:

for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh.

Ariana went on to post a series of tweets and retweets which showed her disapproval of Pete's skit. She also posted a short, "thank u, next." followed by quote tweeting one of her fans that had posted, "SNL is about to milk their breakup just like they did with the engagement."

She ended her Twitter outbursts with a tweet that reads: "k that’s the last time we do that."
