AKA's Touch My Blood apparently went platinum.

Despite the negative comments people have made about AKA’s Touch My Blood, it looks like megacy intended on showing them haters who they are, buying enough albums to give it platinum certification.

The Fela In Versace hitmaker took to social media recently to announce that his third studio album has reached the milestone, something his haters said he wouldn’t achieve.

His heartfelt post had just the right amount of flexing for haters and gratitude for fans. A real dala what you must situation!

In it, he spoke of the struggles he faced while recording the album and claimed it took a lot out of him.

“Consistency is everything in this game. I remember when I started working on this album I wasn’t sure what I wanted people to hear me talk about or how I wanted to sound. As time went on I realized that I needed to go deeper than I ever had. This album took so much out of me."

AKA, who has since demolished his own lie that Touch My Blood would be his last album, went on to share his belief that the record was his best offering yet.

“I had always maintained that this would be my best work. It is so gratifying to have this happen ten years after I dropped my first single; for those who don’t remember, it was called Do it..."

AKA thanked his fanbase for making his dreams come true and gave himself and a couple of people a shoutout for the milestone.

The platinum status is bragging rights for days. So, as expected, AKA is milking it for all its worth.
