Wizkid Wins "Best Africa Act" in MTV European Music Awards

Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber swept to victory at the MTV European Music Awards collecting two prizes apiece in a ceremony that paid tribute to late musician Prince.

Gaga took home best female and best look whilst Bieber beat Hello singer Adele to best song for hit track Sorry at the awards show in Rotterdam.

I would sit here and write what every white boy or girl went away with but this post is about our boy Wizkid! The announcement was done via the MTV Base Africa twitter page ahead of the show that our own had won the "Best Africa Act".
